How People Found My Blog Posts

Why does some one read your blog? What search terms do they use to find your posts? Why do they subscribe? What topics are my readers interested in? Are topic interests, seasonal?

So once in a year, towards the end of the year,  I spend a couple of hours looking through search terms and popular posts. I check two things – top 10 posts of the year gone by and top 10 posts since I started blogging.
